terms

  • This is for personal commissions only. The client is free to share and use the image for private non-commercial non-profit use, provided you don't claim credit of its creation.

  • Use for NFTs, AI training and Generative AI at any point is strictly prohibited.

  • Please have character references on hand – photo collage for clothing/items is OK but the character must have an actual image of them. I will not draw from description.

  • I am willing to draw any kind of character and I will do my best, but please just be warned that if you have not seen it on my account I cannot guarantee that it will look amazing. Please use your common sense and judgement.
    Note: I will not draw real people.

  • I retain the copyright to the artwork and may post the completed image on my social accounts/sites for promotion and portfolio purposes. In addition, I may stream or record the drawing process.
    I automatically assume it's OK to post unless you inform me in our communication that you would like to keep it private.

  • I reserve the right to select any completed pieces to include in any future artbooks. The likelihood of this happening is low but I cannot confirm anything for now.

payment

  • Prices are in USD.

  • Payment is accepted through Paypal via an invoice I will send you. I believe there is an option to use your card as a guest without an account.

  • Please do not haggle with me after I have confirmed the commission.

  • Payment is final and the commission cannot be cancelled once it has moved on from the sketch check-in stage. I will only allow cancellation and refunds for very special cases.

  • In the case I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.

process

  1. Please fill in the provided form to ensure I receive all needed information. I will respond to you via e-mail. All communications will be via e-mail so please pay attention to your inbox.

  2. After accepting your commission and confirming the details, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. You can then pay with your account or use their checkout system to pay with your bank card (account not needed).

  3. Upfront payment of the full cost is the default. Please let me know in your submission if you would like to do a half-at-start-half-at-end payment plan.

  4. I will start the picture within the next 2 months after receiving payment (I will be working on the commission slots roughly in order). You will receive a sketch update to check in how it looks before I begin rendering. Please let me know anything that does not seem right to you at this stage – vibes, expressions, details, etc.

  5. Once finished, I will send you the finished image. I will only allow a limited amount of minor revisions at this point to correct small details (at my discretion).

How long is my commission going to take?
Please give me up to 3 months from the acceptance confirmation as commission slots will be drawn more or less in order. I will be in touch for the early sketch update to confirm the image with you, indicating I have started. You are welcome to follow up about progress past that but please be reasonable about the frequency.Do you do waitlists?

big comic panel (B/W) - $100 USD

Give me 1-2 lines of dialogue/narration (not required) and describe the scene. I will do my best to draw it for you as a large black-and-white comic panel. I'm mostly looking to draw a single full-page shot but I might consider 2 panels depending on the scene if I think it will be cooler.(The sample images above have more than 2 panels but you get the idea in terms of the style.)Backgrounds will be added as I see fit but the scene must still be mostly focused on the character(s). I will not draw excessively detailed backgrounds and crowds. Other than that you are free to ask whatever you want. If you have a really vivid idea you can send me a stickman doodle/reference pics.Conditions:
Regarding composition: This is a flat fee whether it ends up being an up-close drawing of a character or full-body.
Regarding NSFW: Upper body nudity/minimal clothing for romance or whatever context is OK, but I will not draw explicit sexual scenes.
Regarding action scenes: Please don’t make me draw a mid-action scene with a lot of speed lines. Saying a cool taunt while prepping your weapon? Yes, awesome. Someone dashing and swinging a sword in extreme perspective? I will probably decline.Max characters: 3

- The aspect ratio of the image will depend on the scene. It’s not set as portrait or landscape, unless you have a preference. It will not necessarily fit on a set paper size.
- You will receive multiple files with/without the text and tones.

Painted Solo Portrait - $180 USD

Simple front-facing chest-up portrait of a character in full colour. The style is a bit more textured and painted. The angle of the face will be up to ¾ to ensure that they are not facing away too much and that the face is still captured. I will probably draw a hand in the shot somewhere.The background will only be very simple.Max characters: 1Specifications:
- 350dpi in colour.
- 3500 x 3500 pixels square canvas.
- You will receive 2 files: The full high-resolution image and a small watermarked version for web.
